3.4 KYC Verification. pak65 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie photograph, and proof of payment method ownership. 3.6 Registration of Minors. If pak65 determines that an Account was registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the Account will be closed immediately, any deposits will be returned to the payment source where possible, and any winnings accumulated will be voided in full.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak65 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. pak65 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak65 support immediately via live chat. Prompt reporting allows pak65 to take protective action, including temporary account suspension pending investigation.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your pak65 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved. If your Account closure is motivated by concerns about problem gambling, pak65 will process your request as a self-exclusion, applying the relevant cooling-off period.
4.4 Account Suspension by pak65. pak65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; collusion; money laundering; or any other activity that pak65 deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. pak65 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the rates published on the Platform, provided that the Account balance does not fall below zero as a result.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. pak65 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash Deposit. 5.2 Deposit Limits. 6.6 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. Once expired, bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account and cannot be reinstated.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the pak65 Platform are subject to acceptance by pak65. pak65 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; the bet is placed after the event has commenced in error; or pak65 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet forms part of a fraudulent or manipulative scheme.
7.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. For live in-play betting, odds may fluctuate rapidly. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager, regardless of subsequent movements.
7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by pak65 where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not start within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled start time and is not rescheduled within forty-eight (48) hours; an obvious pricing error is identified; or the market is suspended due to integrity concerns.
